Shipping is free for purchases of 2000 TL and above. For orders below this amount, the fixed shipping fee is 110 TL including VAT.

We deliver your orders to your address with Hepsijet, Aras Kargo, or Sürat Kargo options.

Orders placed until 12:00 PM on weekdays are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped on the next business day.

You can make secure payments with all bank and credit cards for your purchases on our site. We have installment options specific to contracted bank cards. Our payment infrastructure is under 3D Secure assurance.

You can return your order within 30 days from the date you received it. Products to be returned must be unused, with the tag intact, and in their original packaging.
